Our Career Services team is your greatest resource in your job search and on your path to your new career. Throughout the program and after successful completion of your training, you will work one-on-one with your Director of Placement to dramatically increase your employment prospects and prepare yourself for the job market.

Primary Functions of Career Services
ComputerTraining.edu's Career Services department is available to each and every student in every location

The department’s goal is to facilitate the smooth transition from ComputerTraining.edu student to IT professional. Throughout the duration of your training, you will be introduced to the department’s services, participate in a job search instructional workshop and hone your interviewing techniques by taking part in mock interviews and role play sessions. Working with your Director of Placement you will shape your professional outlook with one-on-one services including:

Resume and Cover Letter Development – We will educate you on the most current and effective resume and cover letter trends that will assist you in creating the most effective tools for communication with potential employers. Our Directors of Placement are not only helpful and well-experienced, but each is an active member of the National Resume Writers Association.
Job Search Counseling – We will work with you to build job search strategies and evaluate today’s current job markets as well as the most current prospects through all of our placement resources.
Interview Preparation & Follow Up – We will teach you critical interview preparation techniques and perform mock interviews. We will identify ways to improve real-world interviewing skills allowing you to put your best foot forward on your new path.

Career Services will put each of its many tools to work bringing your training, experience, and personality to life in representing you on the road to your new career.
