"Ever since I was five years old I've been involved with computers. My father was an avid tech user, and he taught me how to program BASIC on an Apple IIe before I knew how to regularly use the bathroom, so computers have been a part of my life from the beginning. I decided to get certified so that my knowledge and expertise with technology could be officially recognized and become a viable product that I could market to the IT world.

What I most enjoy about my experience is the confidence I've gained in myself as a technology specialist, and also the appreciation I receive from friends and family for the valuable knowledge and skills I have attained. I would always help my friends and family with computer issues, and while I could solve most of the basic quandaries for them, there were more in-depth problems that I may have known the answers to, but never knew why they were the right answers. I had the experience to fix things, but now I have the knowledge to backup that experience with confidence.

My biggest concern was that it would be a waste of my time and not worth the investment. The fact that I'm gainfully employed with two technology companies and am certified by Microsoft certainly proves that this training regimen has bolstered not only my confidence and skill set, but also my value as a technology consultant for the IT field.

I would say this: I thought I knew enough, certainly not everything, but enough to get by, and that this program would leave me bored. I was wrong. This program is exciting, challenging, and invigorating. If you don't know anything about computers, well then you've got your work cut out for you. If you do know a thing or two, then you'll be excited to know much much more by the end of the program. Either way, you will be challenged fairly. With determination and eagerness, you will succeed and be all the more proud of yourself for it.

In many ways I feel as if I'm a new person. Before engaging in this program, I was stagnant and quite literally depressed. I had a college education and Bachelor's degree, but I couldn't find any real way to apply that to the “real world”. Now that I have my certifications and experience through ComputerTraining.edu, I find myself confident, hopeful, and excited about the future opportunities that will be available to me as my new career in the IT field begins to take off."

"I was faced with a buyout from my previous employer. Being in the auto industry really made me stop and think about my future. I have always enjoyed working with computers, so I started exploring my options. I was driving home from work one evening and heard about ComputerTraining.edu on the radio. I have to admit, I had heard it many times before, but this time I decided to get online and take the test. Did I ever think they would call? Of course not, but they did!

My biggest concern was going back to school after 20 years. I was afraid that I would not be able to cut it. But the staff at ComputerTraining.edu put my fears at ease right from the start. I went in to the class with a positive attitude. The teacher made it so much fun to learn and the fact that there were others of different ages in the class made no difference at all. And when class is completed, they don’t just drop you. They are always there to help.

I have to say after graduating, the job hunting was a scary thing. Interviews were something I had not done in over 20 years. But the placement specialists, in my opinion, are one of a kind. They help you every step of the way. They even go so far as to have mock interviews so you know how to interview for that perfect job. You receive a lot of advice and help from them, and they never let you down.

I now have a great job in the computer industry and I have a lot of room for advancement. I am very excited and look forward to an ever changing and expanding career. I couldn’t have done it without ComputerTraining.edu."

"The majority of my IT background was in setting up networks at my house. I took a few IT classes at the community college, but they were more Microsoft application focused. I wanted to get certified because I quickly realized that the IT world is a great place for stability and I was tired of working retail. I knew that the IT field would open a lot of doors for me once I was able to get my foot in the door.

I like my new job because it’s casual enough that I can wear jeans, but I’m surrounded by nothing but professionals. My coworkers are always willing to help me, because the better I do, the better company does. It’s a great opportunity to learn a lot about the field and to become acclimated with the IT world.

When I first enrolled, I was afraid that I might be in over my head and thought the program would be too overwhelming. Once class started, I found that if you have goals, and the will and determination to get through it, you should have no problem succeeding.

I would tell new students to reevaluate what you do in your personal time. Study hard and read the books. You may not retain everything, but you’ll have a great understanding of the theories so you can implement what you’ve learned in the field. For those who say they don’t have enough time: I have a daughter, work full time and went to school. You have to make time and reevaluate your priorities. Coming to an institution like this gives you a great opportunity to go from nowhere to somewhere in just six months.

My life has significantly improved financially thanks to my new career. Now I feel like I’m doing something of importance. In IT, people need you around which gives you a real sense of pride. No matter where you are in the IT field, your coworkers are going to need you. This field keeps you going and makes you wonder what else there is to learn and do."

"Even though I've been fixing computers for years, I lacked the certifications I needed to break into the industry. I decided to enroll in ComputerTraining.edu's course because I saw in it the potential to take my skills and my career to the next level and beyond. Thanks to the skills and techniques I learned at ComputerTraining.edu, I now have a solid career in the computer industry. I am in charge of maintaining servers for over 50,000 clients including Google, Sourceforge, and other large corporations.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to bring their career to the next level or start a new chapter in their life. The staff is nice, the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, and the classroom environment is one that provides every student an equal opportunity to learn and grow. Attending ComputerTraining.edu was one of the best decisions I ever made!"

"I started with basic home PC knowledge and a little bit of troubleshooting basics. Because I have always had a passion for technology and the skills to do it, I was looking for a career change. I wanted to do something I loved and this is it.

I honestly love helping people who don’t know what their pc or server is doing. That feeling that they get when I fix or correct the problem they had is great. I didn’t think I would be able to take in this much knowledge in such a short time. However with the effort of my instructor and the time she took to explain things to me and my own effort showed me that I can even surprise myself with everything I learned.

Make sure to ask questions and don’t be afraid to mess up, its how you know what you are doing wrong and never ever think you cannot do it. This was an experience I will never forget. This program showed me that if you set your goals and priorities high and keep telling yourself that you can do it, you will exceed your expectations and surprise yourself with all the knowledge you acquire at ComputerTraining.edu."

Technical Support

"Before enrolling at ComputerTraining.edu I only had a background in home use on PCs. I always found myself tinkering with them anyway I could to find something new that I hadn’t come across before. Friends and family would always come to me with any problems or concerns they had when it came to their computer and I was always happy to help them out. That’s when I realized that it was time for a new career. Working a dead end job that I did not enjoy was not something I wanted to do anymore.

My new job as a PC technician is everything that I have wanted in a career. It pays well, it is fun, and it gives me a chance to really sit back and get comfortable with the direction my life is going. I was nervous my first day but when I sat down at my desk, everything I learned was right in front of me.

The biggest concern I had when enrolling was: Am I going to be able to motivate myself enough to make it through this? Not only did I learn everything I wanted plus more; it was also fun, so I could not wait for the next day of class.

For anybody thinking about enrolling, I can tell you from experience that you will get real life training. Use all the resources that ComputerTraining.edu gives you. Believe me they give you everything you will need and more.

ComputerTraining.edu has changed my life tremendously. I have a great job with a ton of potential. My friends and family have said to me, “Your attitude is so different now that you have started your new job.” It’s true in so many ways and it’s probably the best decision I have made in my life up to this point."
