"After the mortgage industry collapsed, I had no choice but to begin a career in a new line of work. Since I enjoyed working with computers I did some research on becoming Microsoft certified. ComputerTraining.edu had the formula I felt was best for me to be successful, but I was concerned about being able to learn a new profession after 15+ years since I was in school.
What impressed me the most was how my trainer and the Director of Placement were vested in my success. The trainer was always available outside of class time to help me master the knowledge I needed to pass my Microsoft exams. He kept the pace of the class moving while still clearly covering the materials. He is a great motivator who kept challenging me to do better.
The Director of Placement was involved in helping me find a new position even before class started. She knew that my personal situation required me to be able to find a position to meet my own personal family obligations. She worked out opportunities for me to do some intern work and contract jobs for good experience. She also set up several interviews for me. She is an excellent resource for understanding how to interview for a position and she has numerous contacts available to help you find interviewing opportunities.
If you are willing to work hard for a brief six month period and you are looking to make a career change, I would highly recommend ComputerTraining.edu. You will be given all the tools you need to be successful and the staff will challenge you to succeed. Thanks to the staff at ComputerTraining.edu, I am now the Director of Operations for an IT support and consulting firm."

"Previously, I worked in the automotive field for three years. I attended Camden County College for the Toyota T-Ten program. I did not like the unhealthy conditions of that line of work. I felt I needed something else to jump start my career. I heard about ComputerTraining.edu on the radio and decided to take the Online Skills Challenge.
Some of my concerns and fears towards entering the program were simply getting back into the school routine. I was out of school and in a job and I was not sure how the studying and homework would all come together. There were many long nights and study hours. There were a lot of giving times hanging with friends, but in the end it was all worth it.
Some advice I can say is to study hard and work hard, put your mind towards what you want, set goals, and just go for it. There is no need to be nervous; there is tons of help within the program and staff that will get you where you need to be to graduate.
My life has changed positively by attending ComputerTraining.edu. I will be starting my new position in the Information Technology field soon and I am thrilled to start my new career path towards a brighter future."

"Prior to coming to ComputerTraining.edu, I was a basic user of computers. I knew a little bit about Windows XP and other operating systems, but that was pretty much the extent of it. I wanted to get into IT because I wanted a career where I would enjoy what I was doing. Now that I have a job in the IT field, I actually enjoy going to work. I’m doing something that I love to do, and not just going because it’s my job.
I was really concerned about actually being able to get a job in the IT field. With the economy being the way that it is right now, I was nervous that no one would hire me. Contrary to what I thought, I went on multiple interviews and became more confident about finding the job that was right for me. I would tell new students to study hard and get your certifications early, so that you can progress quicker and find the job of your dreams.
This opportunity has allowed me to enter a field where I can do something on a daily basis that I enjoy and I get paid for it!

"My computer background before coming to ComputerTraining.edu was with just Microsoft Office. I wanted to learn more about computers for my future career of finally being a Comptroller.
The opportunities I have been offered have been more than I had expected. With my military security clearance and background, combined with the training from ComputerTraining.edu, job offers were being called to me without even applying for the position. My concerns were if the training I learned with the little experience for working with IT would actually land me a job.
To my surprise, as I said before, job offers were presented to me with little question of experience. When asked about my experience, the build labs and in class training I all I had and the HR personnel were pleased."

"I spent the last ten years working with and fixing computers as an interest. I decided that obtaining certifications would be an important step to advancing my knowledge in computers in a computer/IT field. The decision to do so was a desire to work with more than just the basic computer hardware/software.
The fact that I am relied upon to ensure my client’s daily productivity is what I like most about my new career. Working at my new job creates the opportunity to challenge myself unlike my previous employment.
My biggest concern was that the money spent on the course would not yield a worthwhile result.
Advice I would give new students is to continuously strive to better understand the material you are working with. If you don’t understand an issue you need to find a solution, whether on your own or through someone else because the problem won’t just go away.
The learning I received over the length of the course provided me with the resolution that what I know now is currently more than what my job expects of me."

"I decided to attend ComputerTraining.edu because my job in retail didn't seem to be heading anywhere career-wise, and I gradually found myself doing more and more technical work during my free time. Getting back into the swing of a classroom environment was easy. The classes were enjoyable and the instructor could tell us anything from the textbooks and even more from memory. Thanks to ComputerTraining.edu I am now a Computer and Network Technician gaining all the experience I need to further my career. I have no doubts in the near future my career will have grown to what anyone would expect from taking this class, and it's all thanks to ComputerTraining.edu!"

"Before starting at ComputerTraining.edu, I had a little self taught knowledge of Windows and some web design experience. My biggest concern before entering the program was being able to study and do well in the course. It had been a long time since I went to school. Juggling school and a full time job was going to push my limits. I was able to overcome them by looking to the light at the end of the tunnel. Knowing that I was going to be able to get a more rewarding career when all was said and done helped to keep me focused.
Now that I am done, I have more confidence in my abilities and the employment opportunities have opened up considerably. I am making more money than I have in the past and doing something that I enjoy. I am glad I had the opportunity to change my life in such a great way."
