"Ever since I was fourteen, I knew I wanted to have a career working with computers. It was my passion. I began researching colleges with good engineering programs, and soon found myself attending a great university as a Computer Science major. But, after two years of coursework, I realized it was not the career I wanted to enter into. I didn’t know what my options were, other than to finish school with a degree I wouldn’t use, or quit and get a job that wouldn’t support me either. After hearing ads for ComputerTraining.edu, I found myself taking the Online Skills Challenge and within the next two weeks I was enrolled.
The course was tough, and it is important to stay focused. All of my friends from college had left for the summer, and with no family around, and I found myself lonely. I was busy balancing school, homework, and a job. So I worked hard, and I pulled through.
The thing I was most pleased with at ComputerTraining.edu verse my college experience was the amount of effort all of the employees put forth in helping me reach my goals. No matter what questions I had, or the struggles I faced, someone was always there to help me. My most rewarding moment was when I finally passed my first exam. I had failed twice and was starting to lose all hope.
Some advice I would leave to future students is to stick with it. Even when you think you've lost everything just to stay with it. You will get out of it everything that you put in it. That thought is what pulled me through. Because I've always wanted to have a career working with computers, and now, after attending ComputerTraining.edu, I know exactly what my professional goals are, and I am in an IT job that I love!"

"I had very little computer experience when I came to ComputerTraining.edu. My skills have improved so much. I now have two certifications, MCTS and MCP. I worked part time for the last six years. Now I have a full time job with great income.
There is so much room for advancement and income growth. I now know so much more about computers. I have family and friends calling me for help. I used to call them for help, now I can do it myself.
Being too old to learn a new trade was my biggest concern. The instructor gave me so much confidence in my ability to learn and grow. Also, the staff gave me encouragement when I needed it the most.
Advice I would give to new students is you can do it! Believe in yourself. Do your homework and also do your reading! Believe in the staff at ComputerTraining.edu because they believe in you. They are there to help you and do a great job! They have your best interest at heart.
I now have the skills I need to move into the IT field with confidence. My first job gave me the confidence to move forward in the IT field.

"I was working at GameStop for four years and the only IT skills that I had were troubleshooting a POS and printer. The reason I wanted to switch careers is because I wanted to have a job that was less stressful and more of a set schedule. If it wasn’t for my friend, a fellow employee and student, telling me about ComputerTraining.edu, I would probably still be at GameStop.
My new career is just what I was looking for: a set schedule with the weekends off. They slowly ease you into training and make sure that you know what you are doing.
My biggest concern was passing my certification test and the way I overcame that was to test, test and test again. The night before you test, don’t study, just relax and don’t cram.My advice to new students would be don’t ever give up! ComputerTraining.edu has helped me meet so many fellow employees and it has been a life changing experience for the better."

"I started in the family business of auto repair but after about five years, I decided that I needed a change. I really wanted a lifelong career in a cleaner environment where I had opportunities for advancement. I was always fairly proficient with computers, having played around with them and repaired them for family and friends over the years. The IT industry seemed like a good environment where I could still do hands-on work but without tearing my hands up! I also enjoy working on computers more than vehicles.
When I first started classes at ComputerTraining.edu, I began to realize that I knew much less about computers than I thought! I even got concerned at one point about how things were going to turn out for me. However, after I really started focusing on the material, paying more attention in class, and studying the self-test software more, my confidence grew. I like my new career because it challenges me daily and I really feel like I'm growing. My experience at ComputerTraining.edu changed my life because it gave me the skill set that I needed to make the career change I desired and keep moving up from here."

"I worked in the veterinary field for fifteen years before I made the decision to change my career and my life. My fears were that at my stage in life that it would be too difficult, if not impossible for me to change my career path.
When I enrolled in ComputerTraining.edu I was a different person than I am today. I have learned so much about computers, programming, and security. I am more confident in myself and my life. I love my new job. I use so much of what I learned at ComputerTraining.edu on a daily basis. I recommend this program for anybody that wants to truly work hard and change their life."

"I have always enjoyed working with computers. One day, I decided to further expand the personal knowledge I had and decided to get certified in the field. I knew I would enjoy working in IT because I had a passion for it outside of my job. After working so many years in the retail industry, I decided to change careers to the field that would be more rewarding and more fulfilling.
The advice I can give to new students entering into the program is to study hard and take advantage of the wealth of knowledge the instructors have in IT. Once you take full advantage of the knowledge, this is when will find out how great the program is for anyone wanting to move into the IT field. The good thing is…after you graduate, the sky is your limit."

"ComputerTraining.edu was a turning point in my life. Having experienced a few plant closures in my former career, I decided to turn my hobby into a new career. I met with ComputerTraining.edu to discuss the opportunity to make this change a reality. As I embarked on shaping my future, I was excited and nervous at the same time. I knew that if I committed myself to the challenge the lay before me, I would be on my way to a career that I would enjoy for a long time to come.
With a computer background of self exploration and teaching, I was wondering if I would be playing catch up in class to get up to speed with everyone else. With the excellent teaching of my instructor at ComputerTraining.edu, I felt comfortable from the beginning and realized that this course is geared for all skill levels. I am proud of myself for what I was able to accomplish during this course. I can’t wait to continue to build on the skills and knowledge that I have obtained through ComputerTraining.edu.
This course will challenge you to the end and the skills that you gain will open the door to a future with endless possibilities. My advice to everyone that takes this course is to study more than you think you have to and enjoy the gratification of becoming part of a great field."
